You don't have to feel like roast every Sunday! This recipe for Stir Fry Satay Beef Fillet is less time-consuming and is full of colour and texture. Nothing bad in a bit of kitchen fun to alleviate the pre-Monday feeling!

Serves 3


300g beef fillet, sliced

¼ onion, cubed

¼ red pepper, cubed

¼ green pepper, cubed


6 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce

Preparation method

- Marinate the beef with 2 tbsp of Satay Sauce for 1 hour.

- Heat a pan over the medium heat and stir-fry the onion, red pepper and green pepper.

- Add in the beef and remaining Satay Sauce, stir-fry until cooked. Meanwhile, prepare crispy rice noodles (see video

- Serve stir-fry hot over crispy rice noodles.
